Legal Liability

Last updated: August 18, 2025

Introduction

To the maximum extent permitted by law, services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis in line with current technical capabilities and operational conditions. This document clarifies where liability is limited and sets expectations for service behavior, data handling, and third-party interactions.

1. Third-Party Platform

As a third-party network service provider, we cannot guarantee that all information, tools, or services will fully meet every user’s requirements. While moderation and automated safeguards may be applied, content encountered during use may include inaccuracies or material some users find objectionable. We are not responsible for such occurrences unless expressly required by law.

Tip: Evaluate information critically before relying on it. Cross-check key facts from multiple sources.

2. Service Interruptions

Due to the nature of the internet and distributed systems, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Events such as hardware faults, software defects, network congestion, DDoS attacks, or upstream provider incidents may affect availability, latency, or security. We apply industry practices to reduce impact, but delays or interruptions may still occur.

  • No guarantee of continuous uptime or immediate remediation.
  • Maintenance windows or emergency patches may temporarily limit functionality.
  • We are not liable for losses arising from internet outages outside our control.

3. Network Security

We work to maintain a secure environment through layered defenses, but no system can be guaranteed free of vulnerabilities, malware, or other harmful elements. Users should implement endpoint protections, use supported browsers, and scan files obtained from the site with reputable antivirus tools and, where appropriate, sandboxing solutions.

4. User Information Handling

Storage, modification, or deletion of user-provided content may fail due to technical causes or user actions. While we may improve data integrity and correct detectable errors, we have no obligation to do so unless required by applicable law or contractual commitments stated in separate agreements.

Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups where appropriate and verifying that submitted information is accurate and current.

5. Accuracy, Completeness, and Reliability

Unless expressly confirmed in writing, no warranty is given regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any content or materials. Decisions made based on content provided via the site are undertaken at the user’s own risk. Conduct independent verification before executing financial, legal, or operational actions.

6. User Comments

User-generated comments or posts reflect the views of their authors only. Publication does not constitute endorsement or verification. We are not responsible for legal outcomes or reliance on such comments unless expressly mandated by law.

7. Official Notices

Official communications may be delivered via on-site announcements, in-app messages, email, verified customer support calls, SMS, or postal mail. Information from other channels should be treated as unofficial and may be inaccurate. Always verify the sender and channel authenticity.

8. Fees, Commissions, and Charges

Fees, commissions, and transaction charges may be adjusted to reflect market conditions or operational costs. Promotional programs may change or end without prior notice unless otherwise specified in binding terms. The currently effective pricing schedule, if published, prevails.

9. Third-Party Services

Interactions with third-party services (including wallets, payment processors, analytics, communication tools, or external APIs) are governed by those parties’ terms. We do not control their quality, legality, security, or accuracy and are not responsible for losses resulting from their use. Review third-party policies and assess risk before engaging.

10. Legal Compliance and Processing Decisions

Except where laws require otherwise, we are not obliged to pre-screen all user data, digital asset information, or operational behavior. Where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a user or specific activity materially violates applicable law, regulation, or contractual terms, we may take proportionate actions. These may include restricting access, freezing features, or taking steps to recover costs as permitted by law or applicable contracts.

Users must comply with applicable laws and implement corrective actions within specified time limits when notified. Failure to do so may result in measures such as set-off against amounts otherwise due, consistent with legal rights and contractual provisions.

11. User Responsibility

Losses caused by user actions or omissions (such as incorrect transfer details, mis-keyed addresses, forgotten credentials, misplaced private keys, deletion of unbacked data, or leaked information) are the user’s responsibility. Ensure secure credential management, enable multi-factor authentication where available, and validate recipient details prior to submitting transactions.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays, failures, or losses caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, large-scale infrastructure failures, widespread cyber incidents, regulatory or policy changes, labor disputes, or other extraordinary events.

13. Other Situations

Where causes are not attributable to us, liability does not arise. Situations not explicitly listed here are assessed under applicable laws, regulations, and industry practice. In case of conflict between this page and a separately executed agreement, the latter governs to the extent of the conflict.

14. Severability, Complaints, and Final Provisions

Severability. If any provision is determined to be illegal, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Complaints. For complaints, feedback, or questions, contact customer support and include your name, a valid email address, and sufficient details to identify your request. We may request additional information to verify identity and context.

Complete Agreement. These terms represent the complete understanding with respect to this subject and supersede prior related communications unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
